Shipping and Delivery policy:
We're do not produce, sell or ship any tangible goods. The only items which we may make available or sell to users are intangible products. Delivery of such intangible products will be made exclusively by your master account. You will receive all intangible products instantly after the payment is completed and confirmed.
All sales are final on zGames.info and there are no refunds unless the intangible product that is received is either not working or it is different from described.
Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to accept the intangible products and finalizing the transaction.
All intangible products purchased are exactly as described, as the intangible product cannot be misrepresented and is delivered in the exact same way that they are listed.
Once the intangible product has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns unless the Seller agrees to do so. If this is the case, you will need to dispute that purchase by contacting the Seller.
- A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased intangible product;
- A buyer filing a chargeback after rating and completing the purchase.
Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer's account under the return policy.
